At Purrs & Pours Cat Cafe, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a safe, enjoyable experience for both our guests and our cats. Please review our policies below regarding product returns, cat lounge reservations, and event bookings.

Product Returns & Refunds

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used candles

  • Used soaps or bath products

  • Opened personal care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cat Lounge Reservation Policy

Due to limited seating and to ensure the health and comfort of our cats, all cat lounge reservations are subject to the following policy:

  • Reservations are non-refundable

  • Reservations may be rescheduled by calling with at least 24 hours notice

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

  • No-shows and missed reservations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced visit time without refund

Event & Private Booking Policy

Private Events & Group Reservations

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event: Full refund

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event: Non-refundable

  • No-shows are non-refundable

Events may be rescheduled once, based on availability.

Special Ticketed Events

Examples include workshops, yoga events, and themed experiences.

  • Non-refundable

  • May be transferred or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice

  • Subject to availability

If We Must Cancel

If Purrs & Pours Cat Cafe must cancel your reservation or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive your choice of:

  • Full refund, or

  • Full credit toward a future visit or event
